Eva Rivas

Valeria was born July 13, 1987 in Rostov on Don. Father - Alexander Reshetnikov, Russian, was born in Vladivostok. Mother - Piruza Karapetovna Reshetnikova - Tsaturyan, Armenian, was born in Yerevan. Stage name of Eva is nothing but a great-grandmother's name (the father) -Greekin origin. Eva Rivas started a musical career back in junior high school participated in the Armenian choir. From 9 to 17 years was a soloist of the Armenian song chorus "Arevik".
Both the ensemble and Eva, as a soloist, repeatedly became the winner of the annual shows of local and regional amateur. In 1997 the ensemble was awarded the title of "People's" ensemble. Speaking with a band and acting solely as a soloist of the ensemble Eva won the Grand Prix Junior Song Contest "The Scarlet Flower." Also in 1999, singing a song from the repertoire of Armenian Armen Rosie Eva won two silver medals at the First Russian Youth Delphic Games in Saratov. In 2000 the ensemble was awarded the title "Team of the Year". In 2003 the ensemble became a student of the First All-Russian competition of performers and Eva also became a student of the First All-Russian competition of patriotic song, was organized by Hope Babkin. 
During these years, she graduated from beauty school education and seculareducation, "Image-Elite" and has become one of the leading models of the sameagency. Twice received the title of "A Little Beauty of Rostov." At age 13, having a height 180 cm, beyond the rules, got permission to participatein the adult contest "Beauty of Rostov," which allowed girls to 18 years, and therewas the title of "Miss Talent Rostov." Repeatedly took part in contests and fashion shows all over Russia. In 2004 she entered the Rostov State University at the Faculty of Economics, Department of World Economy and International Relations. 
The year 2005 was for Eva Rivas is very rewarding, she won the title of "The Golden Voice of Rostov-on-Don", "Miss Pearl of the Don," and as the title of "Vice-Miss of the Caucasus", which was held in Yerevan. Eva was the winner of first prize at the annual contest "Song of the Year of Armenia", which took place in Moscow at the State Kremlin Palace. There she met her future producer Valery Saaryan. In 2007, took third place at the Eurovision song "Five stars", held the ORT channel in Sochi. For two years she danced at the school, "Street Jazz" and later worked with the same group, led by the Sergey Mandrik. 
In 2008 began working in the Moscow production center "Production of Armenia."Eva feels the passion and feeling a surge of Armenian music, and always has been. On the song "Tamam Ashkhar" in 2009 was filmed a music video. The basis of the history of music video director Bohadyr Yuldashev took some of the events in the life of Sayat Nova. In the clip, which was filmed for 17 days, it was an inordinate amount of effort and patience. The scale of the music videos have been highly appreciated by the audience. In 2009 music video "Tamam Ashkhar" won top awards and top reviews. As a result of universal suffrage Armenia at the international song contest Eurovision 2010 in Oslo with the song “Apricot Stone”,represented by Eva Rivas, who was at the polls in the final and took 7th place. 
As part of the tour will visit Eva Rivas following countries: Greece, Netherlands, Cyprus, Belgium, Russia, France, Romania, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Israel, Serbia, Georgia. Eva Rivas on stage in Oslo will be assisted by the wonderful artists: Miriam Merabov, Gore Sudzhyan, Tigran Petrosian.
