Daphne Guinness sells its clothes at Christie's

Recently Daphne Guinness announced that it will sell one hundred items from his wardrobe at auction in London Christie's - June 27. But yesterday it became known that, among other lots will be submitted to dress Christian Lacroix - bustier with a "circular" skirt, Christopher Kane - stitched in white silk and adorned with sophisticated embroidery, Alexander McQueen silverand black Lanvin skirt with organza, as well as a collection of shoe Noritaka Totehana, which many confuse with the famous Alien Shoes of McQueen.
Prices for this collection will not be as dizzying as one would expect: The majority of dresses Daphne Guinness may well be true works of art and will start at three hundred pounds. Never the less, the organizers hope that this auction will fetch at least 100,000 pounds, and for other calculations - all 160 000. All funds earned will be transferred to Isabella Blow Foundation.
